  • NBI Clearance, at least valid for 6 months/ Taiwan travel/ Multipurpose Clearance
  • Voter’s ID or Certificate with receipt from COMELEC.
  • Unified ID (Multi-purpose ID) or stub (has applied for 3 months); if no UMID, please visit the nearest SSS branch and apply for Unified ID.
